In a way i believe imagination can replace the real world. Everyone pictures their life to what they wish it could be, instead of the way their life actually is, and if they really believe that what they wish could happen, is happening then their immagination is taking over the way they view the real world. I believe that if you were in a serious accident like Jean-Do Bauby, and were left alone for a long time that you would start believing your imagination because you wouldnt know whats really real anymore.
Imaginations are usually things that we wish could happen, but almost never happen. In the real world nothing we actually imagine comes true. So no real life isn't just what we imagine.
